Four Truths

CONSIDER THIS

  1. God is our Creator! (Genesis 2:7)

  2. The Holy Scripture is His inspired word to His people. (II Timothy 3:16-17)

  3. Jesus Christ is the Son of God. (Matthew 16:16)

  4. The Father sent Him to save His people from their sins. (Matthew 1:21)

These four truths are the foundation of all that is true and without these truths we have no hope, nor can we understand why we were created.

THE CREATION

Six, twenty-four days, God created everything that was made and rested on the seventh day (Genesis 1). This rest day was for his creation to honor Him for His wisdom and to this present day it is by the same power of His word that created everything, continues to hold his creation in order (John 1:3, Hebrews 1:3). Man does not have the ability nor the power to negate what God has set forth in his creation (Daniel 4:35). Sin came into this world by one man, Adam, and because of this, death is come to all that are born of the seed of Adam (Romans 5:12).

THE TIME OF NOAH

In Noah's day he found grace in the eyes of God and 8 persons were delivered from the flood that swept away all of God's creation that had the breath of life, both man and beast (Genesis 6:8,18). There was no warning given by God, but to Noah.

THE SECOND COMING

There is coming a day when God will once again remove all that are wicked as he did in Noah's day (, but this day will be different. The Christ will come again in the clouds, and we do not need a boat to be delivered but we shall meet the Christ in the sky to forever be with him in glory (I Corinthians 15:52). There will be no warning, God the Father only knows when this shall happen (Matthew 24:36). All those who have found grace in the eyes of God will be lifted up to be with our savior and deliverer and the rest of the world will be swept away into eternal lake of fire (Matthew 25:41). Death will no longer be, and sin will have no hold on those who the Father gave to his Son before the foundation of the world (I Corinthians 15:26, Ephesians 1:4-6). Nothing will be able to separate the people God gave to his Son, for God never lies and keeps His promises (Romans 8:31-39, Titus 1:2). Not one person that Jesus Christ died for will be lost to hell for it is written all that the Father giveth me shall come unto me and I will not cast him out (John 6:37). Amen.
