If We Aren't Saved by Grace...

In a recent conversation with a Harmony PBC member I shared the following thought:

”I think I’m learning more about what Paul meant when he said he was ‘the chief of sinners.’ Honestly, even God’s regenerate sheep, who are the very best people on earth, are a mess of sinful inclinations, petty grievances, and woes. If we aren’t saved by grace, I can only conclude that we ain’t saved at all. We are blessed to know that “Jesus paid it all.” I guarantee you, that’s the only scheme that could ever land me in glory. That is all my hope.”

My goal in gospel ministry is to convince God’s people of the absolutely efficacy of Christ’s saving work on their behalf.
