Tossed by Every Wind

In my early days walking with the Lord I attended at least a half a dozen or more churches in my area over a period of about 10 years searching for truth. It felt like I was being tossed around by every wind of doctrine.

“That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;” (Ephesians‬ ‭4:14‬)

It felt like my mind was being scrambled by all the different false teachings in the church. As I grew in grace and knowledge of the Lord and was learning about election and predestination and the sovereignty of God, it came to a point where I finally left the churches because they resisted the truth about the sovereignty of God. In my 25 years of walking with the Lord and searching for truth, I never heard of the Primitive Baptists. I learned about the PB on Facebook from a brother in the Lord. It’s been about a year now and and the Lord has been unscrambling all the false teaching I learned in the churches over the years.

I am very very thankful for the Lord and the Primitive Baptist’s faithful Bible teaching. It has been a tremendous blessing in my life and also my wife.
